Nuochao Intelligent’s 600kn routine tensile testing machine is a special-purpose device used for routine tensile testing of disc-type porcelain insulators, glass insulators, or their steel pins and steel caps. It features high testing speed, high efficiency, and high accuracy.
I. Machine Structure
1. Main Frame Structure
The testing machine consists of a rigid welded frame, loading hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic system, lead screw and nut adjustment mechanism, load cell, displacement sensor (optional), and electrical control system.
The loading hydraulic cylinder provides a maximum tensile force of 600 kN with an effective stroke of 200 mm. During testing, the tensile force and displacement of the specimen are displayed on the LCD screen through the load sensor and displacement encoder (optional).
The lead screw and nut adjustment mechanism allows manual rotation of the handle on the nut to adjust the effective space for specimen installation. The effective testing space of this machine is not less than 340 mm.
