I.Application & Product Overview
Nuochao Intelligent’s Routine Tensile Testing Machine is a specialized device designed for routine tensile strength testing of toughened glass disc insulator caps (metal fittings).
This equipment is developed specifically to meet the requirements of high efficiency, fast testing speed, and simple operation in routine tensile testing. Based on practical production experience, it solves the problems of unreliable testing and low efficiency caused by the original manual filling of tightening blocks.
Through optimized electrical and control systems, the machine realizes automatic tightening and automatic release of the clamping sleeve. In addition, the clamping sleeve status is interlocked with the loading hydraulic cylinder: only when the clamping sleeve is in the correct tightening position will the hydraulic cylinder be allowed to load.
After setting the force parameter for a specific type of cap in the program, the operator only needs to place the cap onto the clamping sleeve, screw the ball head into the cap socket, and press the automatic test button.

The system then automatically performs:
Automatic clamping → Automatic loading → Hydraulic cylinder automatic return after test completion → Automatic unclamping → Removal of the cap
Except for loading and unloading the cap, no manual intervention is required.
The preset force value, real-time test force, and test result are displayed on the same program interface. This equipment integrates cap clamping and mechanical testing into one unified control system, instead of two separate operations.

Fully enclosed protective cover:
